Delete your account

In the app

1. Open SalonTown and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you signed in a while ago, the app asks for a fresh one-time code first.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app or your phone, email us from any address. Include the phone number on your account and ask for it to be deleted.

Before deleting, we contact that phone number to confirm the account is yours. We complete email requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (phone number login).
• Your profile: name and phone number.
• Your favourite salons and hairstylists.
• Your notification settings and device push tokens, so you stop receiving notifications.
• Any pending, time-suggested or confirmed bookings are cancelled first, and the salon is told.

What is kept, and for how long

• Past appointments. Records of appointments that already happened or were cancelled stay with the salon as part of its appointment history.
• Crash reports are removed automatically by Firebase Crashlytics within 90 days.
• Analytics events are not linked to your name or phone number and are removed automatically by Firebase Analytics within 14 months.
• Payment records. If you paid a platform fee, the payment reference, amount and any refund are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.

If you sign up again later with the same phone number, you start with a new, empty account.

SalonTown Partner and SalonTown Hairstylist

If you use the SalonTown Partner app as a salon owner, or the SalonTown Hairstylist app as a hairstylist, email contact.bluerhino@gmail.com from any address with your phone number and the app you use. We confirm it with you and delete your sign-in account and staff role within 30 days. The salon keeps its own appointment records.
